Rising Leaders - Accredited Leadership Development

Calling all early-stage business owners seeking to develop their leadership skills to support ambitious growth

Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB) in partnership with LEO Kildare are delighted to launch a bespoke leadership and management programme for rising leaders

This course is provided at no cost, funded under the Government led Skills to Advance Initiative and available to all LEO or potential LEO clients

Module 1: Developing a Culture to Support Innovation and Improvement
Learn to develop a culture that supports the growth and implementation of ideas

Module 2: Understanding and Implementing a Financial Strategy
Develop the knowledge and understanding of costs and budgets for smoother business operation

Course Schedule:

Module 1: 2 days (27th June & 4th July), 9:30-16:00
Module 2: 1 day (11th July), 9:30-16:00

Delivery will be classroom based; workshop facilitated training

Location:

LEO Kildare, MERITS, Devoy Quarter, Naas, W91 FE8V

Funding: All costs are fully funded by the Skills to Advance initiative. All LEO clients (or potential LEO clients) qualify

Certification: Successful learners will achieve the internationally recognised Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) certificate

Benefits: After completing the training, the rising leaders will have developed much needed skills to help advance their business

Suitable for early stage business owners or employees seeking to build on their leadership skills.

There is a requirement to submit 2 assignments for this accreditation. Submission of the required assignments enables us to meet the funding requirements in place with KWETB, and together, provide this course fully funded.

If assignments are not submitted an attendance fee of €500 will be billed.
